Ordering & payment
Payment is handled securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and the express wallets shown at checkout. You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as your order goes through. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or reach out.
Processing & shipping
Orders ship within 4-5 business days unless a listing says otherwise. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
- Canada, US and Hong Kong: untracked letter mail or tracked shipping.
- Everywhere else: untracked letter mail only. For now we can only ship small, flat items that fit in an envelope there, like stickers and Dimple Mail Club.
Untracked mail can't be traced once it leaves us, so in Canada, the US and Hong Kong we recommend tracked shipping for higher-value orders.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, message us with a photo and your order number within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Card care
Store cards in sleeves or a binder, away from direct sunlight and humidity, and handle them by the edges.
